Mr. Tresor Lukoji is a Congolese entrepreneur and international development strategist. As CEO of TESMI Group, he leads the organization with a vision to develop practical, high-impact solutions that support economic development and international cooperation, particularly between Africa and Latin America.
With a strong background in finance, operations, and development initiatives, he brings strategic leadership and a deep understanding of emerging markets.
In his role, he actively facilitates partnerships between public institutions, research organizations, investors, and private sector actors, contributing to the strengthening of South–South cooperation and the promotion of initiatives that encourage knowledge exchange, technology transfer, and strategic investment.
His work focuses on key sectors such as agriculture, trade, infrastructure, and economic development. Through TESMI Group, he supports the development of projects and partnerships in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Rwanda, and the Central African Republic, while also expanding cooperation with partners in Latin America.
Under his leadership, TESMI Group continues to expand its international network and collaboration opportunities, with the ambition of contributing to sustainable economic growth and transformation across emerging markets.

Jacques Bagale
Sales Director – East Africa Region
Mr. Jacques Bagale serves as Sales Director for the East Africa Region at TESMI Group, where he is responsible for leading business development initiatives and strengthening the organization’s commercial presence across the region.
In this role, he oversees market expansion, client relations, and the development of strategic partnerships, contributing to the growth of TESMI Group’s activities and opportunities in East Africa.
With strong expertise in regional trade, market development, and product positioning, he works closely with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities that respond to local
market needs while supporting the organization’s broader strategy of economic cooperation and investment promotion.
Through his work, he plays a key role in supporting TESMI Group’s expansion and partnership development across the East African region, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to sustainable economic collaboration and business development.
Dorcas Amina
Managing Director – DRC & Rwanda
Ms. Dorcas Amina serves as Managing Director of TESMI Group for the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, where she oversees the organization’s operations and the implementation of its activities in both countries.
In this role, she is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective execution of programs, and supporting the development of partnerships and initiatives led by TESMI Group in the region.
With a background in administration and development work, she brings strong organizational capacity, accountability, and a people-centered approach to managing teams and projects.
Her work contributes to strengthening TESMI Group’s presence and operational effectiveness while supporting initiatives that promote economic development and regional cooperation.
Samuel Odero Ochieng
Head of Information Technology & Digital Transformation
Mr. Samuel Odero Ochieng is a Kenyan technology professional serving as Head of Information Technology and Digital Transformation at TESMI Group, where he contributes to the development and implementation of the organization’s digital and technological strategy.
In this role, he supports the modernization of TESMI Group’s operations by promoting the use of digital tools, information systems, and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, communication, and data management across the organization.
Working within a context of expanding activities between Brazil and several African countries, he contributes to the digitalization of internal processes, the improvement of operational coordination, and the development of technological solutions adapted to the group’s activities, including logistics, international trade, agribusiness, and training initiatives.
He is also involved in strengthening information security practices, digital infrastructure, and data management, while supporting the integration of systems that facilitate collaboration between TESMI Group’s teams and partners in different regions.
Through his work, Samuel Odero Ochieng contributes to the digital transformation and technological development of TESMI Group, helping the organization improve its efficiency, connectivity, and capacity to support international partnerships and projects.
Ellen Sara
International Commercial Assistant – Brazil
Ms. Ellen Sara serves as International Commercial Assistant at TESMI Group, based in Brazil, where she supports the organization’s commercial activities and international coordination, particularly in initiatives linking Latin America and Africa.
In this role, she contributes to client relationship management (CRM), data organization, operational follow-up, and support for international business development activities. She
also assists with internal logistics, information management, and the coordination of communications with partners and stakeholders.
In addition to her administrative and commercial support functions, she is also involved in visual
content creation and photography, producing professional images and digital content for
entrepreneurs, events, and brand identity projects.
Through her role at TESMI Group, she contributes to the development of international partnerships and supports the strengthening of the organization’s operational and commercial presence from Brazil.
Quentinelle Kokanda
Country Representative – Central African Republic
Ms. Quentinelle Kokanda, aged 33, is a finance and human resources management professional with extensive experience in administrative and financial management.
She serves as the Country Representative of TESMI Group in the Central African Republic, where she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s activities and supporting the
implementation of its programs and partnerships in the country.
With strong expertise in budget management, financial monitoring, human resources administration, and administrative compliance, she brings a rigorous, well-organized, and results-oriented approach to her work.
Through her role, she contributes to strengthening TESMI Group’s operational presence in the Central African Republic and supports initiatives aimed at promoting economic cooperation, project development, and institutional partnerships.
